I painted this when I was pregnant with Felix. I painted through the morning sickness and wondered about my baby. "Who are you, my love?"
Felix painted this the other day and declared it a Valentine flower. He banned me from the room while he worked, since I kept making suggestions. Good boy!

felix's valentine flower is so beautiful and how wonderful that he is already an independant artist! i love you mom and baby bird painting so much. she almost looks like a knitted bird she is so beautifully textured.
Felix is so cool! I love his creation. I hope you frame it. It's so hard to stay out of our kids' way, and let them do their own thing, isn't it?! Love your painting.

Being prego I can totally relate to the painting you created while pregnant with Felix. It captures this feeling so perfectly! If only I could paint... ;)
