crochet cuffs
This piece is one of my favorites. I'm going to make more pieces with this motif, a pin, hair clip, another cuff. Part of me wants to tell you about the inspiration for it but it's such a sad, true story that I am at a loss for words.
The woman who goes for a Rainbow goth look is the inspiration for these two. I might fall into that category (this week).

oh i love these wrist cuffs. the noro is so beautiful andthese are too! it makes me wish i could crochet more than just minimally
I almost can't stand how much I love these latest creations of yours.
I'm sorry it's a sad story that has inspired you, but sometimes the saddest stories are what inspire us the most. Doesn't seem fair.
amazing because the top one really does carry a lot of feeling with it. you brought it through even without words.
Great creations. I'm sorry for the sad part.
yes I agree with Michele. But it seems very specific to me. I had tried very hard to have a child when I married. Early miscarriage, late miscarriage all seemed to be my past, present and future. When I see this cuff I want to embrace the special little guy that gave me the gift of motherhood. So I feel the sadness of this piece and the joy.......is that strange?

Thank you Everyone for these kind comments.
Heidi, you touched me deeply by sharing your story and your thoughts and feelings. Thank you so much.
When my mom saw the spirals on the cuff she remarked that they were the tears. I've been wearing the cuff all week and feel that it has become a kind of talisman.
