infinity loop done

The mobius, infinity loop, is done!

The lace edging is worked in Colinette Jitterbug. The stripes leading up to it are alternating rows of Noro Kureyon Sock yarn and Jitterbug.

In the center, where the cast on begins, is Lorna's Laces followed by Brown Sheep WIldefoote.

I used a US#3, 40" needle and cast on a bazillion stitches. Originally, I imagined it as a wrap, but it's too long so I've been wearing it doubled as a cowl.
I love it; wear it all the time, and mysteriously, it goes with everything!

P.S. Twist Collective Spring 2009 is live and I have a pattern, the Ardent Jacket, for sale....check it out!

I love your cowl! And the Ardent jacket is just gorgeous and amazing. I predict it'll be one of those pieces that everyone knits this year.

The cowl is gorgeous. I could see wearing something like that most of the year, here in Portland.

And I ADORE your Twist piece. It's a gorgeous and elegant design in a beautiful yarn.

The fabulous cowl embodies the same spontaneous spirit that I admire in so much of your work. And that Ardent jacket is a must knit. Congratulations on another delightful pattern.

Hi Anonymous,
Thank you, the lace edging is from a book on Nordic Knitting. I'm working on another mobius and plan to write the pattern.
