thank you

Thank you for all the nice comments this past week. I've been busy knitting and taking care of this little guy.....

He had a touch of the flu this week while I was finishing a knitting project. One night, he woke up crying and asking for all his toys that I've made him. The ones that I couldn't find, he described in detail and made me promise that I would find them later, or make them again. It was so sweet. I feel like all the toys I've made for my son were really made for me because I love to knit so much; but knowing that he loves them too is the best feeling of all.

Ahhh, I'm so sorry he's sick. I hope he's better today. That's the problem with going to
school. . .GERMS! They get everything that comes along. Not to mention how awful we feel, when they're sick. Take care of yourself, too!

What a great little man you have got there! It must have really melted your heart to hear him describe his handmade toys in detail. :)

Is it a fair guess that there will be a new soft toy waiting under the Christmas tree? ;)

I hope he's all better now. How sweet and wonderful that he finds comfort in his mama's handmade toys. And what a lovely collection of toys it is!
