pink kitty

Here is another version of Cat from Sock and Glove by Miyako Kanamori; this one went to a friend who just had her fourth birthday princess party. I had so much fun embellishing the kitty with vintage buttons and ribbon and of course sewing the pants with a hole cut out for the tail was just too cute. I love how different boots kitty and pink kitty are even though they came from the same pattern.

Very cute! I love the lace patterning and the pink yarn. It makes for a feminine kitty. Though being a bit of a tomboy, I prefer boots kitty :)

These Kitties are incredibly cute and have such identities of their own...what an original present to get. I love being able to give something handmade to little kids (as opposed to most of the rubbish they can get at parties)...

Aww, any princess would be lucky to have pink kitty. I particularly like the lace.

What a serious cat! I just love the contrast between the soft and delicate fabric and the majestic expression.
