Mexican candleholder

mexican candle holder, originally uploaded by kat coyle.

I'm still not knitting. This morning, I did this painting of a candleholder that decorates my desk. Afterwards, I realized she had no hands, but flowers and then flames where hands might be.

Kat, she's wonderful! I love the Spanish paintings you're working on now. I wish there were some way we could get prints of these. I love them. Thanks for sharing!

I love your watercolors. Hope that your hands feel better. I see an acupuncturist for mine - it works!

Gorgeous colours, and I love the 'naive' element............... I'm a huge fan of naive art, to me it's very honest and always so charming, and I love its quirkiness too..................
I'm enjoying your paintings enormously Kat!
